Kim Mansfield

Kim, a Senior Legal Assistant, has been working in family law for the past 17 years.  The last ten of those years has been working at Sanders Witherspoon.  She is a member of Resolution First for Family Law.

Kim has significant experience in all aspects of family law, but her expertise lies in divorce proceedings and financial settlements (in particular dealing with pensions).

Kim has represented her clients in a broad range of cases such as Children Law, including Residence, Parental Responsibility, Contact and Leave to Remove Children from the Jurisdiction.  She also has extensive experience in dealing with domestic violence issues.

Kim is very down to earth and always puts her clients at ease in what can be very distressing and upsetting situations.  She always tries to find the most practical way forward for her clients and has a high success rate to date.
