Satwinder qualified as a Solicitor in 2005. Satwinder is recognised as a specialist in family work and is regarded for her abilities in handling cases with a holistic approach; factoring in the client’s personal, financial and legal needs. She is a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel and a member of Resolution First for Family Law.
Satwinder has a wide experience of the whole spectrum of family assets on divorce/ civil partnership and non marital relationships ranging from modest to high net worth cases. Her portfolio of cases includes advising on asset preservation and protection, prenuptial agreements, cohabitation and cases involving an international aspect with cross jurisdictional complexity.
Where there are children, Satwinder has particular experience in representing clients in complex cases in private law proceedings, international relocation/leave to remove cases and Schedule 1 Children Act claims.
Her approach involves appreciating the strong emotions in individual cases whilst being able to objectively assess the case and advise her clients so that they can achieve the best outcome.
