Timothy Gir

Tim has had 22 years of experience in dealing with serious criminal cases and was admitted as a solicitor in 1994.

Tim deals with all types of criminal cases heard in the Magistrates Court, Crown Court and Court of Appeal as he has accreditation for higher rights audience and can conduct cases as an advocate in both these courts

Tim is also a Road Traffic Act specialist and has dealt with a range of offences including death by dangerous/careless driving, speeding, driving using a mobile phone, drink driving, parking, driving with no insurance and other miscellaneous offences.

Tim has also been involved in Judicial Review for both criminal and civil cases.

Tim has dealt with medical negligence cases.

Tim has acted for clients in planning enquiries from the beginning of the planning application to instructing counsel for a public enquiry.

Tim is a member of the Criminal Litigation Accreditation Scheme.
