Sanders Witherspoon Probate Department is run by a dedicated team of professionals offering a sympathetic and focused service at your time of need.  The Department's work involves the administration of Estates after death, including the application for a Grant of Probate, preparation of Oath for Executors, drafting of Estate Accounts and distribution of the estate.

We give legal advice and support on a one to one basis in relation to all aspects of resolving your loved one's affairs.  This can be a very emotional and distressing time and our consistent approach is much appreciated by clients who are struggling to come to terms with their loss.  We take away the burden of facing the formalities when you may be least able to deal with them.
