We offer a full range of services to assist you in buying and selling your property whether it is your home or business and whether it is leasehold or freehold.  We can also assist you with transfers, re-mortgages and any other aspects applicable to property. Sanders Witherspoon can provide Home Information Packs (HIPs) and give you advice on a HIP in relation to your sale or purchase. Sanders Witherspoon can also assist in relation to energy performance certificates (EPC) which are now required by law when you sell or otherwise dispose of your property.

 

Our rates are competitive and we can offer a fixed price which is transparent with no hidden extras. If you obtain a quote elsewhere always ask whether the quotation is all inclusive.
