The Civil Litigation Department has advised and assisted its Clients in both bringing and defending claims relating to a variety of problems at work, wrongful dismissal claims, discrimination and bullying at work. Other Employment Law claims such as unlawful deduction from wages, working times and contractual issues can also be dealt with by the department (sometimes under the fixed fee scheme or insurance funding).
