Commercial Law

"I can certainly recommend the services of Mr Timothy Gir to anybody who is looking for advice and support in terms of any legal business they need on a personal or business level. I had spoken to several lawyers before Tim and none were as transparent or straightforward in explaining what was quite complex advice. He works closely with excellent legal council and together they were a formidable package for my case reaching a swift and cost effective solution. Can’t thank them enough."

Litigation

"Tim and his team kept me informed throughout the process. Explaining each step and giving appropriate advice at each step. He was aware of the sensitive nature and the emotional drain on the family and was sympathetic and very professional. I would recommend Tim to any of my friends and family as he was very fair and easy to talk to and very understanding throughout the 4 year process . We were successful in our claim. Thank you on behalf of our family."

Business Disputes

"We found Tim to be very professional, sympathetic, clear with his advice and timeline with how long the process was likely to take. He also was very honest with the chances of being successful/getting the outcome we desired. The outcome was what we we wanted and we are very grateful for Tim’s effort in achieving this."

Probate Disputes

"Unfortunately being involved in over 40 court cases in the last 9 years, I feel annihilated emotionally, spiritually, physically & financially making me cynical regarding the legal profession. With all the bad advice and money spent Iv become rather adept knowing a thing or two about it, This being said, I’m truly hand on heart, so pleased to have met Tim. I genuinely trust him & feel he cares, having a great moral compass whilst actually getting the job that needs doing done. I feel In safe hands."
